I am a personal trainer based in Eastbourne, working with those who would like to improve their current levels of fitness, whether its people coming back to fitness from a long break or those who have never taken part in any form of exercise.
Whether you would like to lose weight and tone up or have a specific fitness goal in mind – whether its completing your first 5km Parkrun / 10km / triathlon / marathon.
I run group circuit classes in various locations around Eastbourne and am currently taking on One to One clients as well as couples and small groups.
Fed up with going to Gyms? Why not train privately, one to one, at my home premises – come and try out my personal gym with guidance and training which consists of a treadmill, rowing machine and weights.
Nutritional guidance is also included throughout your programme, with stress management, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to be included if required.
Each programme is curtailed to individual needs, for instance, building muscles around joints to relieve pain from bad posture or injury, conditioning programmes for sculpting, toning and losing inches, lose weight and weight loss for holidays and weddings, or any other special occasion and hitting your personal targets with commitment.
After a personal training session, you may require a massage which will help with loosening up the muscles for deep relaxation assisting with any stress and tension your body may hold, and bringing back the feeling of well-being, balance and calm by reducing the toxins in your body.
